I have a confession to make. I’ve long enjoyed my new oster digital countertop oven. It’s a sleek, compact appliance, designed to fit in most places, and it does just that. It’s easy to use, has a nice digital control panel that makes it as easy as ever to get cooking, and it’s a very good oven for the money.
I have to admit though, I have a couple of reservations. One, I’m not sure that oster’s digital control panel makes this a very easy appliance to cook. I think I’ve done a pretty good job of cooking on mine with my digital touch screen and the oven control panel is more of a “click-it-and-hold” control than a “click-it” control.
Im not sure if this should be a “No” or a “Yes.” Its true that the oster digital control panel is pretty much the only thing you can use with a digital touch screen. The oster digital touch screen is just the thing, but there are more options.
I do admit that I am a very big fan of a digital touch screen. But I have been a pretty big fan of cooking on a digital touch screen for the last year. Oster is an international company that makes countertop ovens. They’re not exactly known for their quality, but that is a bit of a myth. Just like any other company, they have their ups and downs. The company has had its share of controversy, including a lawsuit over the exact amount of food they were selling and more recently, a recent recall of food that was made with a particular stainless steel.
