Every day for the past month, I have been working on building a vocabulary with terms that are not often used in English but are commonly used in other languages. This week, I have been working on defining the terms “anxiety” and “worry”.

This is the first time that I have written for the blog. I have been researching the definitions of these terms and will explain them in detail in upcoming posts. I have also been reading The Definition of Worry by David Bien-Aime and will explain these terms as well.

Worry is an emotion that you feel when you believe that something bad is going to happen in the future, but it is an emotion that will not happen.

The term “anxiety” is used to describe a specific situation in which you do not feel that something bad is going to happen, but you do not know what you are feeling. This is an emotional state that you often experience in the present moment. However, you can also experience anxiety when you think something bad is going to happen in the future, but you do not know what you are feeling.
